Customer Application Engineering Draftsman

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Job Overview: Work within the PLM system in the product realization of customized drive solutions with a key focus on preparing general arrangement drawings, Assembly Drawings and Component Drawings. Provide CAD Support to CAE and Commercial team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Codification of New Components in MRP via PLM system.
• Create bills of material and support CAE in realizing the BOM into Teamcenter.
• Provide CAD Support to Production and Quality Team.
• Generate Fabrication, Assembly, Kit and Arrangement Drawings to ISO & Company Standards.
• Execute and Perform Engineering Change request within corporate workflow.
• Maintain Drawing Database.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Engineering Drafting (Mechanical) or Mechanical Qualification
• Skills required

Ø Teamcenter PLM Environment

Ø NX or Similar CAD Package

Ø Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD

· Strong Independent individual with initiative and an interest in product realization and design.

Experience:

· No Experience Required, this is an entry level position / Development Position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
