About this role

The perfect candidate will be detail orientated and computer savvy with a strong commitment to ensuring the office is always welcoming and upbeat.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will ensure professional boundaries and confidentiality are adhered to at all times. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility and the ability to escalate any concerns or areas for improvement before they become issues or complaints.

This position will be based at our new Logan Central Office and will report to the Office Manager. 

Key responsibilities include

  • Reception duties including greeting visitors; answering phone calls and taking messages.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all RLOA services, processes and procedures.
  • Administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records about staff, suppliers and customer records.
  • Data entry and manual file creation.  
  • Assisting with the smooth running and coordination of all office activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Cert 3 in Business or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication and computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  3. The ability to prioritise their time and organise work according to directed tasks and plans.
  4. The ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
  5. A strong customer service approach and highly developed interpersonal skills.
