The Role Our global client, based in the vehicle manufacturing industry, are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join their team. In this role you will interact and provide valuable solutions and services to stakeholders via phone and email, providing excellent Customer Care at every opportunity. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, who can memorise scripts and adapt them as needed as issues arise during a call. The successful applicant will be handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instruction, and purchase assistance. As the voice of the company, the Customer Care Consultant must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for helping stakeholders and driving satisfaction. The position is casual with view to permanency, offering 38 hours per week between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities
