YOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Regency Park SA, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. In this key role, you will support our Trade Store by serving customers face to face and attend to other activities including stock top-ups ensuring that goods are stored neatly, shelf price maintenance and stock takes. Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same!
We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning. Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
Provide face to face customer service and attend to customer requests via email and phone calls
Respond to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for back orders
Provide product-based information where required – don’t worry, you’ll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this!Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre ShowroomsGeneral housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers
We have an amazing training program available so if you’re concerned you don’t have all the skills yet - we will train you!To be successful you will bring;Customer service experience in a Trade Store/retail environment
Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
Confidence with computers and experience in Microsoft products
Clear written and verbal communication skills
