YOUR OPPORTUNITYDue to exciting growth within the business, we are looking for several dynamic Customer Care Consultants to join our high performing inbound Customer Care team based in Regency Park SA.The role of our Customer Care Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service to a group of selected customers through inbound/outbound phone calls and emails and consistently achieve agreed performance targets in support of delivering commercial and business outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers via telephone or email with a consistent ‘customer first’ mentality Assist Account Managers and National Strategic Accounts Managers with customer quotes, product information and general enquiries Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions To be successful, you will have:Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7.30am to 5.30pmPrevious experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales and service environment and manage conflicting priorities
High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
