Customer Care Consultant

You don’t need any call centre experience, but if you have some, awesome! And if it’s within the energy industry, even better!
About the role:As a member of Momentum Energy’s Customer Care team, you’ll respond to a range of enquiries and requests from residential and business customers over the phone or other channels. People have lots of different reasons for contacting their power company – questions, complaints, changing contact details, checking if there’s a better price. Don’t worry, you’ll get top-notch training, so you’ll be an energy whizz before you answer any calls.

We have just moved to our central Hobart Hydro offices in December in Elizabeth Street. Once you successfully pass your six-month probation period, we are open to discussing the option of occasional hybrid working.
What you can expect:
Momentum has a great work-life balance and offers benefits like wellness programs, staff reward programs, flexible working arrangements and special staff energy rates. In addition to all these benefits, we’re offering a very competitive full-time salary of $60k plus 11% super per annum.
Some important info:
If you’re successful, you will be working on a full-time basis of 7.5-hours day, on a rotating roster from 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. You’ll need to be available for regular shifts during these hours in a full-time capacity of 37.5hrs per week, commencing on full-time paid training on Thursday February 22nd, 2024.
