Webster Trucks/Motors Tas has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated candidate that enjoys diversity in a role, can operate autonomously and thrives on being busy.
The Customer Care Consultant will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager, working across both the Webster Trucks and Motors Tas businesses, and will be required to assist across a range of tasks to meet Internal and external stakeholder, as well as franchisor, requirements.
The role is flexible with hours per week and days of work including start and finish times.
The Customer Care Consultant position is a multifaceted role incorporating activities related to, but not limited to:
- Customer Service (Retention & Satisfaction)
- Training Co-Ordination
- Employee Engagement
- Administration & Reporting
- Marketing & Event Planning
- CRM System Development
The successful applicant for this position will need to demonstrate
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organised administrator
- Outbound and inbound call experience viewed favourably
