YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Consultant in our Trade Storeto join our team, on a full-time permanent basis. Based in Port Hedland WA, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our customers!
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- First point of call for all telephone, email and front counter-based sales enquiries - genuine hybrid role - a unique opportunity to learn and experience our Trade Counter and desk bound sales processes/Customer Care in equal measure.
- Build and cultivate relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone including email.
- Process customer orders as well as credits.
- Problem solving and complaint resolution.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous Trade Counter and/or Customer service experience within a hardware store preferred HOWEVER we are ready to mentor and guide an individual with a can-do attitude - be willing to turn up and learn!
- Basic computer and Microsoft office skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate with a ‘customer first’ mentality.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a highly motivated work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the varied nature of tasks this hybrid role will offer.
