Due to ongoing growth, a number of Customer Care consultant positions are available, based at our Brendale Distribution Centre on Brisbane’s Northside.
About the role:
Our Customer Care Consultants will be responsible for answering our four brands customer calls, emails and chat enquiries, both before and after purchase. Our team are responsible for providing instantaneous, friendly and exceptional customer service, so our customers can make the most of their leisure time.
In this Dynamic inbound call centre role, you will be working in a stimulation and collaborative environment, helping customers with their inquiries and ensuring that their experience is as enjoyable as possible and enquiries are resolved promptly.

What will make you successful:
- Great customer service experience, passion for helping people and solving problems, and deal effectively with demanding customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a great phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
- You will need to have a high attention to detail and typing accuracy to ensure emails and web chat inquiries are written to a high standard
- A positive attitude that has our customers and people at the height of decision making
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, but fun, energetic and vibrant team culture
- Call centre experience desirable but not essential! Retail experience and a passion for the outdoors ideal!
Our call centre operational hours are between 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturday/Sunday (during daylight savings hours), 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday/Sunday (during non daylight savings hours). Successful applicants will be required to work rotating weekend shifts.
