Customer Care & Marketing Representative

This is a full-time job based in an office, so you'll need to be based on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane..
Grace Cosmetics is a Gold Coast based, Australian owned, international skincare company which was established over 40 years ago by the founding family. Grace is passionate about natural and botanical, aloe vera based skincare and our unique products are made on the Gold Coast in our TGA & Australian Certified Organic (ACO) facility. BUT...we are currently missing a piece of our team and hope you might be just who we are looking for!
The role
You will be responsible for clear communication, problem solving and developing connections in the customer space:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer general enquiries
- Assisting with reception walk-ins and order collection
- Working alongside the Marketing team on social media posting, commenting and sharing
- Customer and Ambassador liaison and order taking
- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitoring, responding and commenting on Company outward-facing Social accounts to assist Marketing
- Interact with influencers, affiliates, collaborations and outward facing marketing initiatives
- Online chat, enquiries and customer connection
- General administrative tasks and support to the Executive team
Advantageous
Ideally, you will have an understanding of or experience in:
- Salesforce customer management database
If you don't have this experience, that's ok. Most important is a willingness to learn more.Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
