What is the role?
This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Manager. As a Customer Care Manager at Kollektive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is primarily located in Moorabbin, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Manager who takes ownership of our customer service and client portfolios with a high attention to detail coupled with a can-do attitude.
Required skills and attributes:
- Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
- Great time management with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Track record in great customer service and customer resolution.
- Ability to respond well to direction and adjust workflow when requested and required.
- Sound knowledge of sales management tools such as DEAR (Cin7), MONDAY, Shopify with int-adv. MS Office skills, Excel skills.
- An understanding of retail, B2B and B2C would be highly desirable.
- An ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, Senior Management.
- Detail oriented and a care for data integrity.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Passion for delivering excellence.
- Excitement to work with a small team delivering big things.
