Job Overview:
As customer service phone specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing trust with new inquiries for hearing services, while also managing inbound and outbound calls. You will be receiving and making calls for new hearing enquiries, appointment scheduling, and conducting low-level administrative tasks. Your expertise in operating phone systems will be crucial in ensuring smooth call transfers between our various sites.
Vacancy:
We are looking for 2 permanent part time individuals
1 position x 3 days a week 9:00am to 5:00pm,
1 position x 2 days a week 9:00am to 5:00pm,
Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Building: Engage with new inquiries, discussing our services and expertise to foster trust and confidence in Active Audiology's capabilities.
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, addressing client inquiries and providing necessary information. Initiate outbound calls for appointment follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
- Phone System Management: Confidently operate our phone system (Yealink), ensuring accurate call transfers to different sites and departments.
- Service Presentation: Clearly communicate our service offerings and advantages, tailoring information to meet potential clients' needs.
- Appointment Coordination: Collaborate and assist our admin team to ensure appointments are made in line with our clinic demands.
- Low-Level Administrative Tasks: Complete essential administrative duties, including data entry and record upkeep, maintaining accurate client information. You may need to assist reception staff during busy periods.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Employ active listening and empathy to provide appropriate solutions and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights to continuously enhance our services.
- Successful candidates may be required to undertake training at our Thornbury site for 1-2 weeks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, empathetic phone demeanor.
- Ability to speak clearly and be easily understood by our hearing impaired clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate customer management software.
- A genuine interest in helping others and providing an outstanding customer experience.
