Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responding to all inbound emails and phone calls from customers.
Answering all queries from site managers and operational store managers + directors.
Working with customers to administer refunds and warranty claims.
Communications internally with all other departments.
Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer, who has a passion to deliver to learn and deliver outstanding customer service on every call. You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail, especially when entering sales order entry data and sensitive client information. This is a fast-paced inbound role, where you'll be working with clients over the phone, email, and webchat. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours on-site in the Melbourne office.
