Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via web chat, email, and outbound phone calls.
• Assist in setting up customers and managing their data.
• Follow up with new customers via calls to provide ongoing support.
• Manage customer feedback and engagement, always seeking ways to enhance their experience.
• Create and maintain online help articles.
• Handle "Call Back" requests to inform potential customers about our offerings.
• Adhere to established customer support practices for consistent service quality.
