We're looking for 2 Part Time & 2 Full Time Outbound Customer/Client Support Consultants to join the client service centre at a leading Australian Personal Injury Law Firm.
This team is a bunch of great listeners, strong communicators & above all empathetic & caring people who are there to support their clients with their legal journey.
As an Outbound Customer/Client Support Consultant, your responsibilities will all revolve around customer service. You will be reaching out to customers to follow up on their enquiries & supporting clients through their legal journey as well as ensuring all information & documentation is accurate within the system.
This role is varied & will give you a chance to do some really interesting work that can make a real difference in people's lives.
