As a Customer Contact Centre Operator you will be the first point of contact for ETC's customers, assisting with general enquiries and scheduling appointments. You will ensure our customers feel valued and supported by engaging with them, assessing their needs and providing superior customer service. This is a full-time role with and is based in our Nerang office.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who thrives in a team environment! You have a positive can-do demeanor. As a natural communicator, you find it easy to engage and connect with people from all walks of life and you live and breathe exceptional customer service. You are impeccably organised and have a high level of digital literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms and pick up new programs with ease.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Drivers Licence
