We are excitedly seeking expressions of Interest from Customer Service professionals keen to join a team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major Customer Contact channels!
What you’ll do:
- Receive inbound calls: Our Accounts team take inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community.
- Collaborate: As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, the Customer Contact Officer will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.
- Problem Solve: With a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers, our Customer Contact Officers take ownership for resolving enquiries, identifying appropriate solutions and and aligning them with the customers' requirements.
What you'll need to be:
- Passionate: A positive, friendly attitude and desire to help others will allow you to create purposeful relationships with our customers and a commitment to meeting KPI’s will ensure we are delivering the best possible outcomes.
- Effective Communicator: Clear, concise communication with an ability to articulate complex information and a keen listening ear.
- Adaptable: You’ll need to be flexible in a fast-paced, energetic environment where priorities can change.
- Tech Savvy: able to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and simultaneous tasks
- Team Player: A dependable, reliable team member with the ability to establish strong working relationships
