The Opportunity
TelstraSuper’s Member Contact Consultants are dedicated to making a positive impact and enhancing the experience for our members. They deliver exceptional service, leveraging their technical expertise and knowledge of funds across various communication channels, including inbound and outbound call centre, web chat, and email.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Member Contact Consultant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager - Member Contact Centre, this role involves a diverse range of responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to emails, webchat and other web-service inquiries
- Initiating outbound calls to support member campaigns
- Engaging with members face-to-face
Work Schedule:
The team operates Monday to Friday, with two shifts available: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
Our hybrid work arrangement allows you to work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
About You
We are looking for a Member Contact Consultant who has a professional, warm and engaging phone manner. You take pride in maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have a strong team-first mentality, have an ability to display empathy and can calmly deal with difficult enquiries, providing first call resolution for our members.
Additionally, you have
- RG146 Superannuation qualification (Desired)
- Contact centre experience ideally within Superannuation or Financial Services
