Role Summary:
The Customer Credit & Risk Specialist is a newly created opportunity in our Vulnerable Customer team based at our Perth CBD office.
The Customer Credit & Risk Specialist delivers insights on the success and effectiveness of Credit and collections pathways and processes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Accountable for ongoing operational process improvements related to all Customer Credit & Risk processes and service delivery (Life Support, Credit, Collections). Responsible for delivery of operational insights on all relevant processes.
- Consolidation of trend reporting and insights from the Credit & Risk Officers on process opportunities and responsible for coordinating a resolution or improvement
- Working with the analytics team to build reporting frameworks for current Customer Credit & Risk processes.
- Report on the stability and effectiveness of all Customer Credit & Risk services and pathways.
- Proactive engagement with relevant stakeholders across Probe, Vulnerable Customer, Residential and Customer Operations and Finance Business Unit related to continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline such as business, commerce, or risk management.
- Experience reporting on program success and progress
- Experience in collections, compliance, regulatory, risk management or process improvement background with responsibilities to drive improvements and measure process and program success in an operational setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
