Why you’d be excited for a day in the life of this role:
- Project management: From project planning, scope, schedule, issue, risk, and client management to delivering projects to different customer stakeholders within the hospital environment. Communication and organisation are your core tools in defining your remit!
- Pre sales support: Working closely with the sales tenders, bids, and proposals, you’ll be coming in to support technical implementation queries and Statements of Work.
- Implementation: Coordinate global resources for service delivery, manage configuration meetings, provide product training, offer on-site assistance during go-live, and oversee software upgrade to continue to advocate on behalf of the customer
- Post Go-Live Support: Communication and stakeholder management are your bread and butter. You’ll have the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whilst facilitating smooth handover to BAU support, with a comprehensive handover of information to effectively mitigate risk.
- Quality Management and Global improvement: Drive and document internal processes at T-Pro, contributing to ongoing operational excellence and business growth.
- Employee and Product Management: Evaluate and coach team performance, monitor customer and market needs, and gather client development requests to feed back to the product team.
- Experienced in Customer facing roles within a start up
- Communication and Senior Stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker and a natural problem solver
- A natural presenter with prior experience in training customers
- Project delivery capability, with an ability to coordinate and deliver complex IT solutions at scale.
