Delivery Lead / Scrum Master - Adobe Experience Manager (Aem)

We are currently searching for a highly experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master for a 6 month initial contract with extensions likely to follow.  The role will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives and leading a team to deliver innovative solutions on an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) project of work.

The position will be responsible for setting up then mentoring and motivating the teams to achieve the set goals.  The successful candidate will have significant project management experience with strong problem-solving skills.

Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential for this role.  

Duties of the role

• Setting up the Scrum team
• Facilitating Scrum activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and tracking to ensure progress towards set goals.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to prioritise and ensure that team efforts are focused on delivering the best outcome.
• Responsible for facilitating workshops and events.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to participate.
• Facilitate a collaborative environment to deliver value using an Agile philosophy.
• Use metrics effectively to motivate the team to keep performance levels high.
• Act as a leader for the team shielding them from external interference and over commitment.
• Foster an environment that promotes psychological safety, continuous improvement, and effective risk management.
• Look for ways to add value beyond the immediate requirements.

Skills and experience required.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Project Management experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions and results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks to deliver solutions.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work in a changing environment.
• A strong communicator with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Adobe experience Manager (AEM)
