Let’s talk about you!


As our General Manager Customer Delivery, you’ll be part of our Leadership Team and a key member of our Customer Operations division. To be successful you will possess:

  • An understanding of the telco industry. 

  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership in a similar role, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. 

  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams to achieve breakthrough goals and drive productivity. 

  • Strong background in volume service activations, Customer Delivery operations, project management, and product/service development. 

  • Experience in reporting to executive leadership, providing insights into performance metrics and strategic initiatives. 

  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational objectives. 

  • Experience in driving profitability and optimising delivery portfolio to meet business targets. 

  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in Customer Delivery and project management. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. 

How will you support our “Why?”

Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and mentoring to the Customer Delivery team to ensure the organisation meets their breakthrough goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the successful delivery of customer projects enabling Aussie Broadband to develop, launch, and maintain our innovative products and services. 

  • Providing reporting of Customer Delivery performance to CCO. 

  • Driving productivity and profitability through the delivery portfolio. 

  • Leading a diverse team of customer operations managers setting, monitoring, and reviewing key performance indicators for teams and individuals. 

  • As a valued team player within our SLT, participating fully in the collective responsibility of delivering on our objectives, including engaging and collaborating with teams across ABB. 

  • Liaising with internal and external parties as needed.
