What you need to do

As part of the Customer Engagement team, you are most often the first interaction and contact that our customers have with Rocky Bay. Your role as a Customer Engagement Officer will be to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers to facilitate their journey from service enquiry, through to intake, service contract development and renewal.

To be successful in this position you will demonstrate

• Experience in providing high quality customer service using a person-centered approach through multiple channels i.e., phone, email, online, video link and face to face
• An ability to have meaningful and comprehensive conversations with customers and decision makers to ascertain their needs and service requirements
• Experience on efficiently and effectively using customer data software to create, maintain and optimise customer information and service requests
• An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across a diverse organisation
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage a high case load of diverse and unique customer portfolio
• Experience within the Disabilities and NDIS sector
