Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full Time Customer Experience Agent to join the team in the Moreton Bay Region (North Lakes & Burpengary).As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Selling additional over the counter rental products
• Managing reservations and organising fleet
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work during location trading hours including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
• Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
• Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
• Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
