Customer Experience Consultant

Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our Premium Care team based in Dandenong South. As the Customer Experience Consultant you will act as the first point of contact for our National customers and respond to a wide range of queries in an efficient and timely manner.

This is a full time permanent office based position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

• Act as the first point of contact for our customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, and live chat providing support and guidance
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Confirming and managing customer bookings
• Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

• Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
• A positive, can do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
