ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Experience Consultant to join our dynamic, passionate customer service team. This permanent position is ideally suited to someone with strong customer service who wants to kick start their career in a busy, fun and supportive workplace.
The role of Customer Experience Consultant requires:
- Exceptional face-to-face customer service/operations experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, without compromising accuracy and customer service;
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience of Accommodation or Customer Management Software; and
- Exceptional customer service including conflict resolution skills
