We are seeking an experienced CX Training Professional to join our team, based out of Perth, WA.

We will also consider candidates from Brisbane who are willing to be in Perth for 6-8 months of Training and relocate back to Brisbane to work out of our Canon Hill Office in QLD. 

Reporting into the Senior CX Training Professional, the purpose of the role is to deliver high quality technical trainings on certain Honeywell Process Solutions product lines (TPS, Experion PKS, PHD, SM, FSC etc.) both for customers and internal Honeywell employees. The Training delivery format are In-centre, On-site and E-learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for standard trainings, set-up and configure required training hardware and software, and deliver training courses compliant with Honeywell HPS Quality procedures.
  • Deliver virtual and remote training delivery technologies to provide trainings for both classrooms based and remote trainings.
  • Continuously update training equipment hardware and software in accordance with the latest releases of training courses
  • Maintain technical knowledge as Subject Matter Expert on 1 or more areas of expertise and be able to deliver trainings on these subjects as a certified instructor.
  • Design and deliver tailored courses in line with specific customer requirements, this by collecting and selection of standard training materials from standard courses into a customer specific tailored course.
  • Collect student feedback after training delivery.
  • Suggest training course improvements to the Global organization.
  • Be familiar with virtual and remote training delivery technologies to provide trainings for both classrooms based and remote trainings.
  • Support Regional ACM or Senior Instructor and Country Coordinator in training logistics & operations.

Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering (on process automation)
  • Applied knowledge with Microsoft operating systems and VMWare.
  • Certified in presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Further qualifications in training/education are an asset.
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience in presenting technical training programs.
  • Demonstrated project commissioning skills OR field services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT & related network technology.
  • High level of PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, and VMWare.
  • Highly desirable to have automation control systems experience (preferably on the implementation and maintenance of Honeywell systems (TPS, Experion PKS, FSC, SM, PHD, systems, etc.)
