St John Ambulance (Vic) has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive, to maintain and develop the Volunteer & Event Health Services (VEHS) small to large client portfolio to increase sales and build relationships.
The Opportunity
The Customer Experience Executive is an essential role within the Volunteer and Event Health services team. The role is responsible for maintaining, developing and growing the small to large client portfolio to increase revenue generation and profitability. You will tailor first aid service quotations, process bookings and manage the calendar of client events for VEHS.

Key Responsibilities
- Tailor customised First Aid Service quotations and process bookings following assessment of clients' event profiles and risks
- Manage Event Health Services calendar of client events
- Increase business contacts within portfolio
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure success and customer satisfaction
- Follow up quotations and progress to successful bookings
- Assist customers with post-event enquiries including casualty reports and invoicing
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in a business to business environment
- Ability to deal with external stakeholders from different backgrounds, business and with varied requirements
- Demonstrated sales management techniques including sale reporting
- Ability to take initiative and act promptly
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Must have a current driver Licence as the role may require travel to event sites across Victoria
