In a hands-on and business critical role working deeply within the supply chain operations and informing key decisions around supply chain and customer service excellence.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Logistics Operations Lead, and as part of the wider Customer Care and Logistics ANZ team, day-to-day this role will include;
- Managing the customer order process from end-to-end, including order processing, logistics coordination and reporting.
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Including 3PL partners, manufacturing facilities, export providers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying, communicating and implementing process improvements and upholding operational excellence with a customer-first mindset.
You will have a curious mindset, ask questions and challenge the status quo.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, High-Volume SKU or SSL (Short-Self-Life) environment, servicing major retailers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Alongside the ability to tailor your communication style to those you are engaging with
- Proficiency working within ERP systems and various reporting (Excel, PowerBI)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and confidence in identifying and communicating areas for improvement.
