A great opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Experience Manager in manufacturing to join their dedicated team of professional managers and passionate staff.
About the role
This is a newly created role and is of high importance within the business. Reporting to the General Manager you will be working alongside a supportive team, managing staff of up to 20! This is a role with a lot of variety and scope to grow within the business, a great opportunity to expand your knowledge base for the right person!
Key Responsibilities
As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for;
* Take overall responsibility for Finished Goods and Reworks check-offs for all product that leaves the factory.
* Professional and timely liaison with customers over Rework, Scheduling and Production issues.
* Provide cover for, and guidance to, Factory Floor Supervision, Logistics, Production Assistant and Quality Manager
* Assist General Manager in ensuring all aspects of Quality Control and Scheduling departments are kept running efficiently, including providing cover for, and guidance to, key staff in these departments.
* Where requested, assist General Manager across any other relevant areas within Production, Supplier and Customer areas.
Skills & experience
- A minimum of 5 + years in a similat role
- A background in Cabinet Making is essential!
- You must have manufacturing industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills and client liaison management abilities.
- An ability to work in cross cultural environments.
