Total HRM has partnered with the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC) to find their next Team Leader of Customer Experience. This role supports the well-being of the Café and Customer Service Team at WSAC, all while ensuring all members and visitors have a welcoming and positive experience each time they visit. This role is about supporting your team to help them support all members and visitors by providing a high level of Customer service.
About the role:
- Oversee the smooth daily running of the team, including coaching, training and development
- Undertake general administration duties, including managing a department budget, receipting, purchase orders and leave applications
- Conducting 1:1 with team members and ensuring the team has the support they require to work at their very best
- Process improvement – identify any areas for process improvement within the customer service department
- Jump in and lead by example and help with customer service when required
- You have previous experience with managing a high-performing team (essential)
- You have experience with managing a department budget (essential)
- You act professionally, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to work and contribute as part of the team, see beyond the job role, and drive what matters to the entire business
- You have sound computer skills, including Excel and Word
Working at the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC).
Located in the rural city of Wangaratta, the WSAC is the place for the community to come and enjoy a workout or maybe just a coffee. The precinct has recently undergone a $16 million facelift, resulting in a new 50m outdoor pool, 25m heated indoor pool, 24/7 gym, indoor stadium and courts, and welcoming cafe! It’s the ideal workspace. WSAC is home to a large amount of group fitness classes and training programs and is committed to helping its members and visitors achieve their health and fitness goals.
