Due to continuing rapid growth, we are currently hiring a Full Time Customer Team Leader where you will be working from home and be a part of a highly performing team that values collaboration and making every day as fun and productive as possible!

If your someone who:

  • Has proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a customer support team.
  • Thrives in a leadership role, setting clear objectives and providing direction to create a positive team environment.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team but can also manage time and workload effectively when working autonomously.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment, handling escalated customer issues with ease, and facilitating positive overall Customer Experiences.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Experiences.
  • Experience in customer support management or Team Leadership is essential; experience in the ecommerce industry is desirable.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and other customer support technologies is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and new challenges in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
  • High emotional intelligence to build strong, empathetic relationships with team members and customers.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
