Hours: Fulltime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
To support an increase in workload, we are seeking a number of passionate Customer Experience Representatives to join our clients' award-winning team.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, engaged on a casual on-hire basis for an initial period of four months, however, is likely to extend to a more long-term arrangement.
Situated in a state-of-the-art office building, you will be tasked with a combination of inbound call centre, front counter/reception and general administrative duties that include:
- Fielding incoming customer enquiries
- Data entry
- Payment extensions
- Rebate processing
- Updating contact information
