Skillset alongside Dubbo Regional Council are seeking applications for their new Customer Experience Officer (Business Administration) Trainee based in Wellington, NSW. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst learning from industry experts and take on a Certificate III in Business Administration, over a 12-month period.
The Customer Experience team acts as the first point of contact for Council’s customer enquiries. The dynamic Customer Experience team serves customers via multi-faceted contact channelled such as Web Chat, Emails, phone calls, as well as face to face from Dubbo Regional Council’s two service centres – One in Dubbo and the other in Wellington. The call centre receives approximately 4000 calls per month, while the service centres assist 800 customers face to face.
What you’ll Be Doing:
- Answering telephones
- Greeting visitors
- Handling enquires
- Administrating email correspondence to customers
- Assisting customers via Web Chat
- Entering data
- Filing, scanning and archiving
- Supporting the office
