ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for aCustomer Experience Officer (Virtual) to join Drive Group, based at our sites located in Kingston and/or Helensvale. In this role, you will be responsible for completing virtual activities to support our other sites, such as inbound and outbound calls, and administrative and customer service duties. Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Provide excellent and professional customer service to customers and work providers.
- Process notifications from work providers
- Liaise with customer/work providers to ensure timely quoting of vehicles.
- Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process ensuring they are kept informed, and systems are updated with all communications.
- As required, assist with management of parts, sublets, paint and consumables.
- Invoicing of jobs and follow up of outstanding debtors.
- General administration tasks, including stationary ordering, banking and mail.
- Other similar duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed.
- Previous experience in office-based customer service role.
- Insurance Industry experience highly regarded.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
