Project Manager - The Role:
Our client is a successful Property Services main contractor with an established reputation across South West England. Typical projects are Social Housing and public sector planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts. You will be responsible for leading the day to day aspects of planned maintenance projects to social housing and local authority stock across Swindon and Bristol, managing both sub-contractors and direct operatives with Site based managers. You must have experience in Social housing maintenance and upgrade works.
Project Manager - The Person You will have solid experience working with a maintenance contractor Demonstrable experience of delivering planned maintenance and repairs on social housing projects. Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach Commutable between Swindon and Bristol
