Customer Experience Officers
CoreStaff is seeking multiple Customer Experience Officers for immediate start. Short term and longer term needs.
This work is to assist the Customer Experience team during peak period for rates season and to assist with backlog of correspondence.
Requirements:
- Licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in administration in Local Government highly regarded
- Experience working in customer service or records management roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of customer contact systems and customer request systems.
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
- Must be able to pass Police checks and Medical
- MUST be reliable
- $46.41 per hour plus penalties
- Roster Mom - Fri 38hr week
- Immediate start
