About the Opportunity
This is an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Service Officerto join our team based in Carol Park. You will co-ordinate and maintain dispatch orders locally and interstate, carry out reception duties, respond to customer enquiries whilst proving excellent Customer Service and perform other administrative duties as requested.
Other responsibilities include:
- Always display a high level of professionalism and Customer Service to promote strong customer, contractor and supplier relationships
- Report customer complaints to managers to ensure a resolution
- Liaise with and greet internal and external customers
- Provide administrative support to Operations Manager, other office and warehouse staff
- Answer incoming reception phone calls and perform outgoing calls
- Liaise with incoming and outgoing freight companies
- Issue customer orders to the dispatch team for picking and packing, including specific instructions where required
- Order and receipt of stock purchased and other items as required
- Previous Customer Service or dispatch administration experience in a manufacturing industry or similar is desirable
- Possess great attention to details and work ethic
- High level of influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with MFG Pro is desirable
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance
