ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ongoing Full Time
- Based in Leongatha
- Customer liaison and leadership opportunity
- Base salary $90,631 + 11% superannuation
Are you customer focussed and passionate about building strong relationships? Do you want to play a key role in helping our community resolve road and maintenance concerns across our Shire?
Be part of our dynamic Operational Support team where you will assist with Infrastructure Maintenance customer requests and feedback and provide a single point of contact from initiation to the resolution of the enquiry.
You will deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to maintenance technical advice and expertise and, prepare correspondence and reports where required.
You will also lead, guide and motivate the Asset Inspector and Operational Support Officer with an emphasis on teamwork, efficiency and continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, we are seeking a dynamic and relationship-oriented individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will not only excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers,but will also play a crucial role in collaborating with our internal Supervisors and Coordinators.
You will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in leadership, road and drainage maintenance or similar, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing road and drainage maintenance.
You will have excellent organisation and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
A high level of communication and interpersonal skills is important to this role to effectively liaise with all stakeholders, vendors, internal departments and members of the public.
Good computer skills is required and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Service, Asset Management systems is favourable.
