  • Manage both instore and online-media bookings and analyse their effectiveness in driving incremental sales and ROI.
  • Help develop and implement strategies for optimising media investment including paid search to drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives to deliver an omni channel plan.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute marketing plans and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Summarise and share key findings industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide best practise and support to key stakeholders to get the best return on investment.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or eCommerce, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in online booking platforms and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude with curiosity mindset and ability to take initiative.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
