Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can manage a comprehensive set of marketing programs that includes integrated demand generation campaigns, Account Based Marketing, executive marketing initiatives and customer storytelling and advocacy.The role will require close alignment with regional field marketing teams but also corporate functions based in the US. The role will require great communication skills, ability to foster relationships and be the glue across a number of marketing functions and channels.We need someone who thinks about the customer first and the experiences they have with CrowdStrike but also the challenges they face dealing with an increasingly complex set of cybersecurity issues. We need someone who can connect with a wide range of personas through a number of marketing channels and shape the right message for the right person at the right time. This could be delivering a business value message to senior executives at an EBC all the way to telling the story of how a security analyst helped protect their organisation.What You’ll Do:Build a customer advocacy program that delivers flagship customer moments and integrated customer campaigns across video, press, case studies, earning calls, webinars, eventsCreate an internal campaign to increase Sales adoption and visibility of customer references database and lead training sessions with updated training materialsBuild a new Account Based Marketing program aligned to verticals, regions, top accounts/big bets and help build new pipeline but support account expansion and up-sell cross sell and a senior audience levelBuild out a new team over the medium term to scale these programs across APJManage the Customer Reference Database (performing gap analysis, data integrity maintenance, refreshing and retiring customer reference records and customer assets, etc.Manage sales reference request fulfilment and track reference activity and outcomeManage layout and production of monthly Customer Voices Newsletter, review and edit content to ensure timely delivery to marketing stakeholderManage and maintain the Customer Marketing page on CrowdConnectInterface with sales to analyze their reference needs and advise them on how/when to use referencesWhat You'll Need:Customer advocacy and storytelling skills to show the value & benefits organisation’s get from adopting CrowdStrike’s platform. These stories could be case studies, press releases, webinars, presentations etc.Understanding of executive programs to help CrowdStrike get to CxOs and higher in organisations, so they understand the business impact and value from going “all in” on the CrowdStrike platform. This may include up-sell/cross-sell/expansion motions across campaigns, ABM and exec programs to thread together a number of programs to amplify their effect.Customer Review Management::Create and manage sales incentive campaigns to generate customer reviews across multiple review sites (Gartner Peer Insights, G2, Trust Radius) and CrowdStrike products.Maximize value of review content (customer quotes, vendor badges, vendor awards) by integrating into marketing and sales campaigns.Coordinate review initiatives with customer reference, customer community and customer experience projects to ensure coordinated sales and customer communications.Bonus Points:Experience in cybersecurity is a benefitPassion for driving innovation to creatively differentiate CrowdStrike.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 2+ years of customer reference or advocacy managementCRM and customer reference platform experienceCommitment to professionalism and personal growth.A curiosity for data and enjoys measuring results and uncovering trends.You must love our business.
