We are looking for a Customer Master Data Administrator with English and ideally French or Dutch or Polish to cover a maternity leave (6 months).
As Customer Master Data Administrator, you will:
- Manage the administration of all Customer related data.
- Process all Customer Master Data inputs and changes, all data entry requests and queries received.
- Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations and compliance with legal requirements.
- Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Support improvement programs.
- Support the implementation of the price increase programs.
- Be the primary contact with the country-based account management team, as well as commercial and query teams.
- Excellent level of English and ideally Dutch or French or Polish.
- Ability to work alone and within the team, as well as building strong relationships with all other internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and easy to get on with.
- Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries.
- Strong customer focus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- SAP for data handling and reporting is an advantage.
- Ability to work to global work procedures.
