About the role:
We are seeking a passionate data administrator who will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of Master Data in our ERP and other internal systems.
You will be entrusted with accurately keying, monitoring and analysing data in adherence to well-defined processes.
Your role responsibilities will extend to collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to key outcomes, and supporting the daily operational requirements of the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain data across ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested.
- Create and maintain site and supplier Master Data records.
- Perform regular data validation checks within ERP and other systems.
- Help maintain documentation of Master Data processes.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems within AUR systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

The successful candidate:
- A love for data and a passion for data accuracy.
- ERP data entry experience is essential and a working knowledge of SAGE X3 is highly desirable.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of supermarket operations would be an advantage.
- Excel skills – including demonstrated experience creating /working with IF functions, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
