Key Position Tasks:
Assist the Member Support team in tidying up our database and ensuring all information recorded is accurate and correct. This is a full-time fixed term 6 month position.
- Cleanse and organise data in our CRM, ensuring all contact information is correct and accurate
- Collate and maintain documentation, files and records
- Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and make necessary corrections
- Create and utilise spreadsheets, manage the CRM and conduct any admin or ad hoc tasks as required
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Experience in administration and/or data entry
