Main Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Schedule and book client appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business
- Manage and run Social Media pages
- Design engaging Social Media posts tailored to specific audiences
- Assist in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
About you:
- Customer focused with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Suite
- Prior experience with proven results in Social Media management not essential but highly desirable
