Australia's leading Fashion Design / Wholesaler is seeking an energetic person to fill the role of Website and Social Media Manager.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website and Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our website and Social Media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all website content including seasonal image uploads and product copy.
- Plan and develop weekly EDMs for our brands.
- Have strong Customer Service skills to engage new enquiry from the website.
- Work with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage all Social Media channels (Facebook and Instagram) including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor Social Media trends and incorporate them into our strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Work with the Global sales and marketing manager to align Social Media and website strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate reports on website traffic, engagement, and Social Media ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Website and Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Social Media analytics tools.
- Strong creative and writing skills with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience in managing paid Social Media campaigns is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
The successful applicant will have experience in website management, Social Media and customer service to achieve exceptional sales outcomes.
