- Successful completion of VCE or equivalent, or relevant electrical industry experience and demonstrated work experience in a similar type of role
- An ability to learn about the electricity distribution industry, as well as the relevant policies, principles, and modelling principles associated with this role
- Be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, stakeholder management skills and a drive to see cases through from start to finish
- Be an effective negotiator, be able to have tough conversations, be passionate about delivering best results, and love working in an interesting team.
