INFORMATION SERVICES OFFICER
The IWC is looking for a suitably skilled Information Services Officer for full-time employment to join our Information Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong work ethic, who are committed to achieving positive outcomes. This role primarily provides front line support across multiple IWC locations and a vast array of programs / services.

IWC is an Aboriginal community-controlled and multi-accredited health and wellbeing organisation that delivers services without discrimination to Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Bundaberg and the Wide Bay Burnett.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with implementation of new programs and services, including configuration of information systems in collaboration with IT.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of information systems and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with information systems and database software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and information management.
Key Requirements:
- A current driver's licence is essential or ability to obtain.
- A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD)* or ability to obtain.
- A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain.
* No Card, No Start legislation means that the successful applicant will need to hold a valid blue card before they start work. IWC will cover the cost of this application for the successful candidate.
