ABOUT THE JOB
- Working in a long-standing team of Member Services and Lending professionals, you will quickly grasp our systems and products enabling you to effectively support our member with any inquires they may have.
- Providing the highest quality of banking support over the phone, by email, SMS and face to face.
- Managing member requests with an eye on compliance, supporting colleagues in their team and liaising with Parramatta office.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless and end to end banking processes.
- Opportunity for professional advancement into the lending field, including responsibilities such as processing lending requests from application to post settlement and actioning documentation and complete compliance checks.
ABOUT YOU
- You will have 3+ years’ experience in a lending & customer contact role
- Mutual banking experience preferred
- Customer focused, with a strong focus on upselling and providing a great service
- Proficient in processing lending applications as well as loan file maintenance
- Goal orientated and able to work towards future objectives
- Motivated problem-solver; somebody who thinks for themselves and doesn’t like being bored
- Superior time management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables with conflicting deadlines
- A great attitude and genuinely excited by the opportunity to join a growing financial services business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
