We’re looking for a Sales Support / Customer Care Officer to join our Signify team in Adelaide.

As a Sales Support / Customer Care team member you’ll be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including phone/email enquiries, order entry, and project management for our South Australian and Northern Territory regions.
What you’ll do- Supporting Sales professionals in responding to customer demands and requests.
- Day to day sales order processing & back-order management.
- Assisting customers via phone and online enquiries
- Project Management (estimating & expediting).
- Supporting interstate colleagues when required.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills (Customer facing experience (sales desk or call centre))
- Order management experience is an advantage.
- Office suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- CRM/SAP experience a bonus, but not essential.
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Experience in a similar field of technology would be advantageous.
- The desire to learn and grow in a multinational organisation.
